I'd Like to See Pres. Monson Do This!!

Ethan had his first experience saying a talk in Primary yesterday, and I must say he did great! I was worried that he would get up to the microphone and freak out, but he was awesome!! I held up a picture of President Monson and he held up his Book of Mormon. We got half way through his minute and a half talk and this is how it went...."President Monson is our prophet today---Mommy, I have to go potty!!" Not only was his talk informative, but apparently he was also a stand-up comic because everyone busted up laughing. He finished with great confidence and then we ran like Seabiscuit to the bathroom! (I was also proud that my kid wasn't one of the many that puts his mouth directly on the microphone----eww, pet peeve!)
