The Partay!!

Like I've mentioned before, Ethan is quite obsessed with Transformers. So naturally I did his birthday party as Transformers. Cake, cups, plates, napkins, even Optimus Prime masks to wear. The second he found out he was getting an Optimus Prime cake he was singing the song to the cartoon all day. ("Transformers, robots in disguise. Transformers, more than meets the eye. Autobots wage the battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons!! Whi-oo, Whi-oo, Whi-oo" (Ethan's version of a heavy metal guitar solo.))
We had Ethan's family come over for cake and ice cream and they were awesome and brought him more Transformer toys, which thrilled him completely. All and all, I think he thoroughly enjoyed his birthday. So much so, that we couldn't pull him away from all his new cool toys long enough to eat his own cake!! Happy birthday, Buddy!
