I Did It.....Even I'm Surprised

After all of the contemplation and the urging of my friends and family, I went through with cutting my hair. I called yesterday, made an appointment, and after sleeping on the idea over night....I didn't chicken out! I cut 12 inches off my hair and donated it to Locks of Love. In the end I figured that even if my hair cut turned out dreadful, someone was still benefiting from it. I have to say though, I think it turned out pretty cute. I still have to play with it and see if I'm any good at fixing it, but I think it's fun and sassy. I'm much happier with it than I ever imagined I would be. And there are a couple more perks, too. I think my head weighs about three pounds less....and my core body temperature went down about ten degrees. It feels refreshing and great. So thank you to all those out there that swayed me to do it, I owe you one! (I will be posting the final after shot when I can wash and fix 'the do' tomorrow!)
